Are you looking to set up an affiliate program whereby you pay sites for referrals to your site ... or are you looking for affiliate programs to feature on your site to earn commissions?
You might also want to include the url of your site, so we can see it and make suggestions more specific to your content.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your response. I have my own affiliate program. I am looking for individuals who can promote my site and bring traffic to me. For every purchase through them they will be paid $1 comission. So i just wanted to know how I will get such sites or individuals?
You can get a program to run on your site, where they can sign up. Then you have to get the word out that the program is available, usually by advertising, or you can wait until they find your site and sign up. If you search for affiliate management software you should find a list you can evaluate. Others here may have programs they run and be able to offer advice on what works for them.
Otherwise, you would likely have to sign up with an Affiliate Manager. Commission Junction www.cj.com Linkshare www.linkshare.com and
BeFree www.befree.com Shareasale www.shareasale.com are all affiliate managers. I am sure there are others. If you search Google or Yahoo for affiliate management you should find a nice list.
They each have their own requirements as to how to sign up, and what they require. Most require deposits and a fee to set up the program. But they do some of the promotion for you to their affiliates. You can also email some of the affiliates on their list, through their account on those services, to announce your program.
To be honest, at $1 a sale I wouldn't think you would get many affiliates that would help you much. They can earn more promoting other cigarette merchants. You may just want to spend the money advertising for customers, and work on increasing your traffic.
Hope this helps,

I know nothing about cigarette affiliate program, but I would have thought $1 per packet were a good commission if the commission applied to all future purchases from a customer.
Do these other programs offer such good terms, backed up with robust tracking? If not, could you convince affiliates that your program is a better deal in the long term?
All the best,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."
