I remember there is a thread regarding this problem but could not find it, so have to start a new one. Sorry.

I thought this is not going to happen to me so I just browse through the previous thread.

I have an account with stormpay and when I tried to login today it stated that my account is closed because of this.

SORRY: Your account is CLOSED for one of the following reasons. (1) In accordance with the Laws (Patriot Act) of the US Government, we can not maintain accounts for Users in your Country of Residence. (2) You reside in a country with a high percentage of fraudlent account holders.

The countries included in relation to one or both of the above reasons are - Afghanistan, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, North Korea, Libya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

Stormpay advertise that they accept any country over the world, that is the reason I sign up with them because paypal does not accept my country.

I am not from the United States, can I join and use StormPay services?
Absolutely! We accept members from any country in the world.

Now they change their policy and rejected quite a number of countries.
I have quite a huge number of downline and some fund in the account.
They did not even bother to let me know through email what is going to happen to my fund balance. I had written to them but has yet to receive a reply.

Can anyone advise how I can operate an account from the US and forward payment to my present address.

I am just starting to make some income after four years and this is happening to me.

Anyone out there in the same boat as I am?
