Post subject: Text in Outgoing Links?
When inserting an outgoing link for an affiliate product, one which contains a paragraph or so of description provided the merchants server, is this counted as content on my site? Just as if I typed it myself or is it viewed differently by the spiders?
Thanks mel |

It's always counted as content if it's text, but you may get into duplicate content issues if a lot of sites are using the exact same text. _________________ Robert

Thanks Robert....I have been limiting the Prod. Desc. use. I was just wondering for density issues..and I will be adding more of my own content.

It depends on how it's implimented. Are you talking SSI? If so, it's counted as your content, not theirs. _________________ Gift Shopping ** Share Our Revenue |
