Post subject: CLICKBANK:-What's wrong?

I sell ebooks as an affiliate of Clickbank. I have had no commission from them in 6 months. I don't know why, but I went to an ebook I list and went through the process of 'buying' the ebook. In the browser address bar is the hop link with my nickname, also it appears in the task bar at the bottom. I go to the sales page for the ebook and I click on 'buy'. I am taken to Clickbank and asked for my country and postal code, I enter it in. The next page is page 2 of the order form to take a credit card order. I scroll to the bottom of this page to see if I am getting my commission on this sale. To my horror it says at the bottom in small type:- "Affiliate=None"!!
I tried all the ebooks on my site, some 80 of them and only 6 came up with my Clickbank id, the other 74 did not!
I went to the Clickbank 'marketplace',(I thought maybe my 'cloaking' script was playing up), I clicked on one category and then on the commission percentage and entered in my Clickbank nickname and then got the full hop url. I copied and pasted this into a new browser window. My id shows in the browser address bar and the taskbar at the bottom, I have not 'cloaked' this link it is 'raw'. I am taken to the sales page, I go to 'buy' and I find the same thing happens on every ebook I went to 'buy' this morning:- "Affiliate=None" at the bottom of all of them!
I tried about 10 or 12 and the same thing, no commission would be forthcoming.
I have contacted Clickbank and all they say is to check and do the things I have just detailed to you, I send them another email to say I have done all this and more, I am still waiting for a reply.

Hi Tony:
That's one of the reasons that I started to sell everything through a 1stPromotion storefront system. The hoplinks are correct and I know
that I will make all commissions due to me.
If you have never seen 1stPromotion, go there and try out one of their storefronts. I have made many attempts to foul up their system to find
a weakness and I can't.
Give it a try, I know you will like it. I sure do! Here is their main storefront just so you know I am not trying to make commissions from your search or set cookies in your machine.

Thanks for the link. I went there and it is well laid out. I clicked on one of the items there and clicked on 'buy'. It took me to Clickbank order form. At the bottom it siad:- "Affiliate=None"!
Something is not working at Clickbank, maybe a script, it means no one is getting credited for the commission. The hop link came up ok in the browser and taskbar but you would not get any commission on the sale.
I have explained the situation to Clickbank, and the fact I have not received any commission from them in 6 months. I am still awaiting a reply, posibly from their technicians.

Something must be wrong with your machine, either spyware or something else.
Everything works fine on my end.

I just searched and clicked on a total of 11 different ebook products through my 1stPromotion storefront and every single one of them carried
my affiliate id through to the sale.....
Sounds like a cookie problem on your pc.
