I recently purchased SBI and began researching my site concept using the temporary.com domain that SBI provides for this purpose. I thought I had a good theme idea but then decided that it wasn’t right for me and I would have to look for something new. But now SBI gives me a message that I must now register my domain name before I can research anymore. I am very upset. Nowhere in the SBI literature does it say that I am under a time constraint when doing research. In fact, the SBI manual emphasizes many times; research, research, research. That’s one of the main selling points! But after only 2 weeks of using SBI once or twice a day I am now CUT OFF. If I have to register some useless domain name now just so I can continue to use my $300 product, than I will have to spend another $55 later on just to change the name to the one I finally decide on. I wrote an email to SiteSell support but since they never responded to a previous question that I had I don't know if I will get an answer from them.
Can anyone here could shed some light on this situation?
This happened to me too.
Although I've never seen it documented anywhere I was informed that you can only run the Brainstorming tool a maximum of 100 times.
I contacted Sitesell and they sent me a file to reset it.
If you do not want to keep your old data, you can always uninstall and reinstall the Manager.
However, if you are not completely sure what you are doing (or you haven't kept the original installation wizard), don't try this. This is definitely a case of proceed at your own risk, and don't blame me if things go wrong. It worked for me, but I'm not endorsing the method to others.
I only mention it here at all, as I know how difficult it has been for me to get support to answer my questions, so I know how you feel.
In any case, give SBI! support a chance to come back to you first. You might be "luckier" this time. Certainly don't go and register a "useless" domain. Post here again, if support don't get back to you in a couple of days.
All the best,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

Thanks for your replies. I was pleasantly surprised when SBI support got back to me within an hour of submitting my question. They sent me a file that allowed me to reset temporary.com while retaining my current list of keywords. It worked like a charm and supposedly I am good for 100 more sessions.
*breathes a sigh of relief*
Here is what the email said:
"Once successfully processed, this tool
will run only once and will reset the temporary.com. So with
that said there are now 100 more sessions with
Temporary.com. EACH time you select Temporary.com and then
exit a session is used. This includes just going to the
Master Keyword List and doing "$" work or doing a
brainstorm. Once these 100 sessions are used the only
solution is deleting everything and starting over, or
registering your domain."
I think this limitation may have been added with the advent of an ebook which sells niche keyphrases and seriously appears to be based on niches found within the SBI manager ... enterprising netpreneur but I wonder if the user overtaxed the server the SBI Manager works from? hmmm
My 2 cents
