Has anyone tested the eadvertising network?

I am new to the cost per acquisition side of the online marketing world. I've joined a few of these type of networks recently (and webmaster forums similar to this one) and I came across this network. After logging in and seeing their payouts they seem to be very competitive and look promising but I wanted to hear your thoughts.
