I read a few posts about being "sandboxed" by google and tried to follow along. I'm assuming it has to do with backlinks and more.....
Can someone please explain?

It usually happens when a site gets a whole bunch of backward links at once. I do think that is caused by more than one site doing the linking tho. This is especially true for people that buy links(a truly horrid practice). Some may say it is for newer sites but I don't think that it is just necessarily newer sites that it happens to.

If you want to let me know what category you're looking for links in I can give you a link. I have 7 websites currently, soon to be 8 heh. Some of these are mall sites so I have basically every category you could think of
