Post subject: How do you deal with people who copy your site?

How do you deal with people, say in non english speaking foreign countries, who copy your site and site content? Is the best bet to approach their host and any of the affliate programs they join and make it known of the infringement?

I've had a lot of success contacting their host and the merchant they are trying to promote ... if one doesn't work, the other will
