Hi:
I read the previous topic about the gentleman who had 2 commissions due for a long while from Steve Manning at http://www.writeabooknow.com. His dispute was eventually resolved.
I also have 2 commissions of $89.10 each that have not been paid. They are from January and February of this year.
I have contacted Steve Manning numerous times by email, fax, and phone message. I have not receivied a response.
I would appreciate having this matter resolved just like the other gentleman had his resolved.
Allan, if you read this, could you let Steve know about this post so we can resolve this matter?
I also have some serious information about his affiliate program that I need to share with him.
Thanks fo your help,
Bill McMahon |

Hi Bill!
My sincere apologies for causing you this grief! All I can say is that until you run a successful affiliate program, you have absolutely no idea in how many directions you can be pulled. The day starts off with five different things you've got to do and by the time the sixth challenge arrives at 9:10 the first two have vanished from you mind.
Still, no excuses. I accept full responsibility. I have your paypal account and I'll take care of the two commissions when I finish this post.
A sincere thank you, Bill, for all your work. I apologize again.
And thank you, Allen, for a great forum.
Cheers,
Steve Manning

Steve:
Thank you for resolving the problem and for sending me the commission payments through PayPal.
I will be sending you an email with some important information about your affiliate tracking program shortly.
Thanks to Allan too for his board and for helping out.

I have been a WriteABookNow affiliate for a couple of years now and have sold over $50,000 worth of Steve's courses.
Steve is sometimes difficult to reach because, I think, of his huge success. I have had very few problems. Those which I have had he has fixed at the speed of writing.
You have to make sure to get his attention and email him at his admin address.
I just put "Urgent" in the subject line and email him at manning00@rogers.com . He has never taken more than 24 hours to fix any problem.
His program is top notch and it works. So does his affiliate program. He's in the process of switching his program to a better service (more automated) which will cut down on problems. It's his own personal attention which has always impressed me and I think that will continue. _________________ Trevor Blake
