Hi guys,
Ive been following the rules very closely i think, researched my keywords and domain carelfully,built my site using dreamweaver,submited it to DMOZ and GOOGLE and also did some link exchange with top ranking sites with a similar theme.
Im happy to say that 10 days after submiting to google and exchanging links, Im finally indexed in google but my ranking sucks totally!!!
The big question: how do i get into the top 3 pages ????
I think you should research advertising with PPC. It could be expensive or it could not be that all depends on you. There are many PPC's out there (not just Google and Overtrue). However, I do not opose to using these guys because I think they are great. I just think that to get more for your money I would suggest distributing it around. Monitor it and feel out what works best for you. Obviously, to get on Google and Overtrue's first landing page you are going to pay more per keyword. However with smaller and still effecient PPC's you will pay less to get on the first landing page.
Advice: Shop around, talk to people personally on the phone. Most of these PPC's have toll free numbers. Remember they are looking for your business and will help you out in any way possible. Ask questions, make sure you will recieve relevant traffic.
This all should help boost your ranking.
