As a design it's nice, but not sure what chicken recipes is for
You may want to set the size of the site to shrink and enlarge, or set the common width to approximately 768 vs. 780. At 800 resolution, you have to scroll the way it is set now. Also consider centering the design so you don't have a huge empty bar on the right.
