Post subject: Email Campain Manager - suggestions?
|
|
|
We currently use Vertical Response (www.verticalresponse.com) to send commercial email for a number of clients and our own programs.
Just wondering if there were any other options such as a dedicated program (run on server or local machine) or providers, that could offer better services.
We are not unhappy with VR at all however are looking for better more efficient, even more cost effective results for our our products and clients marketing.
Our email lists are from several hundred to nearly 10,000 recipients so we need a robust solution. _________________ Mark

We use CoolerEmail -
http://cooleremail.paulrecommends.com.
They aren't cheap but man their good. Every campaign is tracked down to the clicks and and every user's history can be checked in a heartbeat (how many times did they read newsletter x / how many times did they click, etc.)
With your numbers you can get some custom rates a bit better than rate card. Ask for Leif. Tell them Paul Colligan sent you. _________________ Paul Colligan

Hi,
if you need a solution that is not server-based but runs on your desktop,
you could try my EmailUnlimited software, available at http://www.4officeautomation.com |

Mark,
I am an affiliate managment consultant and also a certified email consultant for Cooler. I have been trying to find a more affordable email solution for my clients.
Turns out I found one and am doing affiliate consulting for them to help them grow their affiliate sale channel. They offer the most affordable ASP solution I have found, plus offer an incredible affiliate program.
Ongoing residual commissions, 3 year cookies, 2 tier commissions and more.
They only charge $35 a month for 10,000 emails. Big savings compared to Cooler or the VR program you are using now.
I have a review of their affiliate program here: 5 Star Affiliate Programs where you can find out more about the program, pricing and options.
They offer a 15 day trial so I would encourage you to do some test mailings and please let me know what you think of their service. If you have any feedback please let me know and I will pass it on to the owners.

Hi, Linda!
Was the program you're mentioning the IntelliContact link on the page you referenced?

Patrice,
Yes that's it - the only email software on that page I think. I didn't want to mention the name yet, because I am working with them on a new site that will have better info on it. So I was going to change the link on my site to IntelliContactPro, the new site after we get it finished. I didn't want to confuse everyone with 2 different names. But the official name of the software is IntelliContactPro and that is where the updated site will be once I finish revising it. _________________ Linda Buquet :: Affiliate Management Consultant

Mark,
I use List Mail for broadcasting my e-newsletter to my 38,000+ subscribers, and works great. [ http://profits.cc/listmail.htm ]
It sits on my server and is a very robust solution [PHP / MySQL].
Please visit this web page, for additional info.:
