What is your site particularly unique in offering?

You have no clear goal(s). Visitors will leave without a clear direction - I counted at least 10 different (and very vague) suggestions you give your visitors as options (including getting a cup of coffee and watching out for their bosses!)
Your text needs to be highly goal oriented - without extra fluff that wastes space and time. You also need an editor to clean up some of the obvious grammatical mistakes - it doesn't need to be perfect, just get rid of the obvious mistakes.
If Adsense is your main goal - that's fine, if not, take it off your home page - it distracts.
