Looks like I'm also doing something else wrong, because even with 9 zeros I got the same message...

I think I'll just try befree now...

delete all cj cookies.
clear browsers' cache.
close browser.
reboot computer.

another trick to get past their poorly set up app:
after clearing cookies,cache,and rebooting ... use a different e-mail address.
It doesn't have to be completely different. I use the same address for most affiliate programs,and after being auto-rejected for the 5th time,just added cj to the beginning of my address. All other info was the same.
They save info from rejected apps,and compare with new apps.

... and don't forget the zeros
