I bought SiteBuildIt more than a month. Spent too much time selecting the keywords. SiteBuildIt show good demand and profitability but WordTracker only show about 100 visitors searched for that keyword for the past 60 days. Is it good to proceed? I'm more confuse now.......

Do you still like the niche that you picked?
Are you still passionate about your topic?
If so, build it. If not, move on to another topic.
When you used WordTracker, did you use the free trial, or the paid version? The free trial only checks Alta Vista now. The full version (and SBI) check other sites as well... _________________ Eric D. Burdo

I am 99% sure SBI's Manager only uses AV for supply and OT for demand. At least this is with my version... is there a newer version of Manager that I am missing out on?

For WordTracker, I'm using trial version. Is it worth to use the paid service? Comment pls. If it is worth for it, I don't mind to pay for it. Any other options that you would recommend for keyword research?
Yes, I love the topic that I chose but more worry about the site eventually won't bring any return to me.

My $0.02 - Don't worry about monetary return right now. Just build your site. Be sure to provide good content, and recommend some good quality products.
If you can't find ANY affiliate programs worth recommending, then try and use Google's AdSense to generate some income. _________________ Eric D. Burdo
If you are interested, you can send me some of your keywords, i will check it with a tool i have. It seems to be more on the mark than other things i have used, including wordtracker.
But always make sure that you have enough demand for a keyword. Nowadays i don't care much about supply(unless it is of very good quality). If i think i can atleast one or two of top 10 that i can replace, i go with it. But demand is what is more important. That is just my way of looking at things.
You can pay for as little as a day, but they will keep your data for months, should you need to pay for another day, in due course. You can carry on from where you left off.
