Post subject: Key Words -- Know I've Seen This But Where?
|
|
|
Am new to SBI...have my list but I'm noticing if I switch word order or ad an "s" this can affect the supply....demand stays the same. How will this affect traffic?
Demand 65,443 / Supply 145
Demand 65,443 / Supply 31,409
Thank you.

here is one thread that may help you, I know there are others:

Basically, Overture (the demand part of SBi) lumps keywords together, plural, even some stemmed words, so your demand stays constant on a variety of similar keywords. Altavista (now I believe some part of Yahoo) is showing supply as only that exact phrase.
There has been a great deal of concern lately regarding Overture results in SBI and many of us are anxious to see the super brainstormer and how it works with this. I believe this is also why the manual recommends checking your results with Wordtracker.com (the free version has AV for supply and demand is a compilation of meta search engines. I find it more accurate myself, but prefer the one day paid Wordtracker that gives me access to Google.

Thank you Debs...checked out the link...not the one I saw previously but still helpful. Was on Word Tracker earlier today. Think I need to enter some words and see what happens. I might e-mail on this again but truly appreciate your time and help!!
