If your site is live, enter your url to see what may show if you were to put adsense on your site. On my debt info site, I periodically see debt relief ads for Christian debt counselors, so I know some exist.
If your site is not live, find a site similar to what you want to offer, and test their url in the Adsense tool.
I wouldn't recommend clicking the links in the adsense results (as this may skew the site's performance and raise a fraud flag with Google). You can however type in the url that shows in the ad and see if that site has an affiliate program you can join.
Another thing to do is a search on Google in this format:
inurl:affiliate christian
This brings up pages with Affiliate in the url, and Christian in the text, you can also reverse it to bring up Christian in the url and affiliate in the text.
inurl:christian affiliate
Then visit the sites and check them out!
Hope this helps.
