If an Amazon Associate's website offers the visitor something of real value, like content, service, etc. that the visitor can't get at Amazon, then I think they are valuable.
If the site is just a directory for products, then I think people would just prefer to go straight to Amazon. I believe Amazon Associates are most effective when they offer specific product recommendations in relation to the content of their site.
Your site is not only formatted badly and hard to read, but it's just a directory with no valuable original products, services, or information. And exactly what does "bling" mean, in relation to your site? If I were to find your site through a search engine, I wouldn't stay more than a few seconds. I'd be better off going directly to Amazon.
No offense, but you put your post in the site review forum, so I'm assuming you are open to criticism.
Just my thoughts,
