You have 3 links in, which are excellent but obviously not enough. Get more links in, exchange links, write articles for other sites, etc.
You have gone for some very competitive search terms, you may want to dig a little deeper for some terms that aren't quite so competitive, as well as building more pages on them. The more content you have, the better the chances you have to rank well for some of them.
I would also keep a more focus in your navigation toward your site theme. Seems to me the last minute items should be higher up, and the Travel Tips should all be combined under one nav item and be tier 3 pages under that main item for Travel Tips.

Jon,
Obviously you have a traffic problem - so no matter what I say regarding your site, you have to deal with this otherwise nothing will happen.
Unfortunately after Google changed their algorithms in these last few months, it seems harder to get ranked well in Google (at least with my experience with SBI), we may have to just ride out this wave - and get more incoming links.
In the meantime, I CAN help you with your conversion rates.
Your graphics need help, especially with this field. I think you need lots of color and photos in your header graphics to help your visitors SEE a cool vacation - I don't normally give much importance to graphics, but in this case it could really help give both vision and confidence. Unfortunately, the SBI template you chose is weak.
Your headline could be tweaked:
Instead of "plan", say "Find" - psychologically better to move your visitor in the direction you want.
To take it further, write something like:
Find Your Customized Last Minute Vacation Now - Incredible Savings You Can Use to Have Even More Fun!
Much more inviting isn't it? Don't remind them about being frustrated, get them dreaming.
I can see that you are using keywords such as CHEAP FLIGHT, CHEAP HOTEL - understandable, but not good for selling. A much better word is INEXPENSIVE, or INCREDIBLE SAVINGS.
CHEAP HOTEL makes one think of cockroaches, dirty, noisy, etc. - bad move! You have to give positive aspects of a hotel - clean, friendly, comfortable, quiet, great food, etc. at AN INCREDIBLY LOW PRICE. See the difference?
CHEAP FLIGHT makes one think of risky motors, bad service, a thousand changeovers, etc. Again, give the positives, top airlines, direct flights, friendly service, etc. At ROCK BOTTOM PRICES that only the Pros know how to find... get my drift.
I think people go on vacation to relax and have fun, not to save money, this is secondary, give importance to the aspects of finding the aspects of their vacation that will inspire them to have fun and relax AND then save money based on your experience as an insider to this knowledge.
