Hi everyone
I've just launched a new site, http://www.StayHomeClassifieds.com, and would love to get some honest feedback. It is still VERY much a work in progress, and I will definitely be adding more content in the next few days, but, in the meantime, I'd like to know if I'm on the right track.
Thanks in advance!

I loved the look of your site, and felt your navigation was excellent. I would, however, add a Newsletter signup page, dedicated to telling your visitors what they will get for signing up, and how the newsletter will benefit them. Also include your signup form on that page as well, and include the page in your navbar.
You may want to consider adding a "Return to Top of Page" link at the bottom of your pages since they are so long.
You said you would be adding more content, will that be in the form of tips and advice on working from home, staying organized, planning your day, etc.? If so, excellent! If not, I highly recommend it.
I also wouldn't hesitate to break up your pages a bit more, providing a link to "Next" and keeping your page sizes down which helps with loading time and reduces scrolling.
Anytime you provide links (as I mentioned above) do include some of your keyphrases in the text link to help improve SE rankings.
I would also suggest a sitemap. As your site gets larger, Sitemaps help the visitors find specific items, as well as guiding the SE bots to finding all of your pages.

Hi Debs
Thank you for the kind words, and the advice! I have jotted down all the suggestions, and will get started on them right away. My first priority will be to break up the pages into multiple shorter ones, and then I will start to add a newsletter page, articles on the work at home life, plus resume and telecommuting tips. I'm pretty much coding with my collection of Site Sell books next to me, and it's been *such* a big help. This is going to sound weird, but I have Dr. Ken's picture stuck on the side of the monitor to remind me to KISS, C-T-P-M, and ka-ching!
Warmly,
