Yaron - thanks. I'll go download the SBI Action Guide right now and read it from cover to cover. Thanks for the tip.

My day job is focused on a fairly high-paying keyword (got that info from a post on this forum, leading to a keyword search thingy). I figure a site utilizing the info I'm paid to use everyday would be an easy thing for me to create. After all - it's what I already do for a living, so why not put that to good use. Perhaps you're right. I might link the second site to a potential third.
Thanks for having the belief that I'm capable of creating a third. I know it's given me the confidence to try.

My hubby and I still have a mortgage that I want gone. I hate being in debt. simple answer.

It took me 4 years. I also have an assistant editor, who writes content for the site. Basically, my "hobby" is writing stuff and getting it published in my "spare time". When the paying publishing is finished and the rights revert back to me, the work ends up as more content for the site - thus 450+ articles. Easy.
You guys are all great. Thanks for suggesting so many different ideas for me to try. I will do my best to incorporate what I can.
Thanks again
