I couldn't access it either. It could be a couple things ... changing hosts or servers, or a breakdown in the internet relay close to the host. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

They did change the look and feel of it not too long ago, but that probably has nothing to do with it. _________________ Robert

Post subject: Affiliate Buzz too
|
|
|
Hi there,
I recently bought JMs Affiliate Handbook and then decide to check out Affiliate Buzz. Problem is that it accepts the order but then doesn't send out login information and the support desk is down so I can't approach them for my login. Bit of a pain.
I'm sure this is just a short term problem but I am surprised that they've let this slide without informing people that they're experiencing issues with their service. If customers know there's a problem and it's explained to them in the right way then it's ok. It's only when the issue is not addressed that rumours and speculation start.
I'm just sulking cuz I can't listen to my Affiliate Buzz to be honest

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the link and the advice but it didn't work I'm afraid as they never sent me a confirmation email with a password either. I'm not sure how they assign passwords either.
The support site is still down - actually to be honest it looks like it's gone completely - the URL is acting like there's no active domain or account at that URL. Weird. I'm sure it will be back soon.
Cheers again
Niall

Robertb,
Just a spelling correction to your site: In your eBooksreview introduction (on your homepage), you write:
"There are plenty of excellent e-books available online for helping you to promote and market you're site. "
I think it should spell "... your site"
Just a thought from a Norwegian guy. _________________ DatabaseDesigner

Niall, have you tried emailing them based on the receipt you received?

Hi Debs,
After making payment (checked Paypal it went through) I never received any order confirmation at all. I'm thinking that JMs entire backend system has packed in - support page, ordering system etc
Just have to wait for the support pages to come back up :-/
Cheers
Niall
