The site is not 100 % finished - the content needs to be checked again, but I want to know if you like the look, site structure. We do not sell a product, its more a "AdSense" page. So, please give me your feedback & critique.

The url is http://www.tips-on-coffee.com

Thanks

Manuel

I like the design, structure and niche. Very interesting and good content too. I think you have done a great job of building your site.

Looking at your source code, you have some sneaky stuff going on. And you could get penalised by the SE's.

You shouldn't use comments to get your keywords into the page. You have several instances of these... sometimes several per page.

Your content and layout is great. Keep up the good work.

Eric is right, for the long term you need to abide by SE rules. Hidden comments are one thing most SE's are now penalizing either directly or through their algo.

If you build your site properly, which you have, then you don't need them. Google's algo has really hit density hard recently, and Inktomi flat out hates comment tags.

If you are concerned about getting your content higher on the page, move the javascript in the <head> into an external file and link to it. You could also design the site in css using <div> with absolute placement, as I did my site, and get the content first before the navigation.

Thank you for your comments - you are absolute right about the SEO stuff, never thought about a external file. Will change this right now. Very Happy

Can someone explain what these comments are so I can make sure I'm not making that mistake?

Thanks,
Debbi Smile

You can't do it if you use the SBI templates. It's hidden comments within the html code stuffed with your keyphrases.

They look like this in the html:

<!-- keyword keyword keyword keyword keyword keyword sentence with keyword keyword -->
