Post subject: Subdomains not showing in Google anymore
|
|
|
Hi,
I submitted 1 main url, and the rest of the subdomains to Google about 2 months ago. For about a month, every page was indexed.
Then, I made changes to the title, description, and keyword tags. I made them all the same. Now Google only shows the main url.
Does this mean that Google got rid of all my subdomains since they all had the same meta tags?
Since then, I have changed all the subdomain meta tags to have individual content. Will this bring them back without resubmitting?
Please give me some advice.
Thanks |

Google doesn't drop multiple pages because they have the same meta tags, they will pick up and drop pages if they don't have links in however.
You were right to change the tags as this will help your SE rankings anyway. But do get more and more links into your site. That's the only way to stay in Google over the long term.
