Post subject: Anyone using hostony.com?

After my web host trashed by forum database for the second time in less than a month, and is now trying to tell me there is no problem (!) I've decided it really is time to shift my sites elsewhere - it's false economy staying with the current outfit.
I've read a few mixed reviews of hostony.com, and judging by their forum they have decent support (which is what I am really missing at the moment). Anyone here used them at all? I know you can never be sure til you take the plunge, but after such a bad experience with my existing host I'm concerned about jumping out of the frying pan into the fire!
Cheers,

I've got a dedicated server at Hostony. I think I've had it there for about 18 months or so.
Their support is usually excellent (which is very important to me also). I've had no downtime whatsoever except for one day last year when there was a DOS attack on the data center.
My server was also hacked last year and they actually found out and fixed the problem before I did. In contrast, I had a server with another company previously that was hacked and I had a week of downtime (and they never really fixed things properly).
Basically, I really like them.
Cheers

Excellent news, thanks for that. I posted a couple of questions on their forum too and they responded very quickly, which is a good sign. So I've taken the plunge, opened an account, and am shifting a couple of sites.
Cheers,
