Hello everyone,
I'm trying to get an affiliate program setup for my website located at http://www.NoCostGifts.com
Membership to our site is free, so what we want to do is pay affiliates a percentage of sales generated from each new member they bring to our site.
I've been looking at several programs, and with all the choices, I'm not really sure where to start. Does anyone have any experience with http://Assoctrac.com It seems to have a lot of features.
Can anyone recommend good affiliate tracking software?

Hello,
I use http://www.Shareasale.com to run my affiliate program (see link in sig) I have nothing but glowing praise for them in terms of ease of setup and responsiveness. Not to mention the startup cost is only $150. Very cheap when you consider how easy it is and the number of affiliates your program will be exposed to.
You mention you would like to pay affiliates a percentage of sales generated from each new member. This is easily to do using sharesale. Since your site seems to be based on "actions" you would specify how much you would like to pay for each action and then add a specific HTML code on each page you display when each action is compelted.
An easier method would be for you to determine how much each member is worth to you and then pay a lump sum for each sign up. This is how I run my program and I think the simpler it is for affiliates to understand the more likely they are to sign up and try it out.
