Check sites within your niche. This has been talked about in several posts here on the forum (search for "submit article" or equivalent), but OK:

In Google, do a search for

"your keyword/phrase" + "add a link"
"your keyword/phrase" + "submit article"
"your keyword/phrase" + "reciprocal link"
"your keyword/phrase" + "whatever you can think of in that regards"

I did a search earlier this evening for

"database design" +add +link

and found a popular website in my niche who gladly would post one or more of my eBooks.
