If you are only looking for tracking services then Clickbank is good option. I had used there tracking services sometime back and it was worth.

I prefer to use iDevAffiliate - the best affiliate tracking software. I believe if you use this you won't touch any other affiliate tracking software.

I use JVZoo as my affiliate platform. It's a lot better than Clickbank.

Different affiliate programs run on different software so I don't think so that there is any software that works for all affiliate network.
