I wonder if you guys have tried any photo album blog that offers users to input comments? I need one which is search engine friendly, but most use dynamic PHP.
Here is one example:

There is a way of mapping dynamic PHP pages to static. Have a couple of articles on it somewhere, but I've just spent 10 mins trawling "the filing system" in vain.
Do a search or ask your host if they can help.
It's similar to a mod-rewrite in effect but done slightly differently. Needless to say, it's all remapped on the server so there are no probs with the SEs
Basically a new subdirectory is created for each variable passed in the query. It's a common method, so I'm sure your host will know about it.

I notice that this forum has changed to static webpages done by the programmers that Allan hires. That's what I want it to be. |

There is a wealth of information on mod_rewrite.
But before you go too far, check with your host, as not all of them will allow you to do this sort of thing.
