Post subject: How can I optimize site to increase conversion rate?

Hi,
We are a new company specialized in selling personalized DVDs for children, based on the PICME cartoons. http://www.its-me.tv
Although all feedback of customers is extremely positive, our conversion rate of visitors is rather low. How could we increase this?

Are you doing any split testing Danny?
And what is the platform your site is on? Wordpress?

Our website is based on the 3dCart platform.
This does not allow split testing in an easy way... |

Will it accept Google Analytics? - which provides split testing capability (as well as visitor stats and keywords)

Your conversions are low, therefore you aren't doing a good job of selling.
People buy on emotion, and they buy benefits (not features) so the question is - are you engaging them emotionally.
Test 2 different wordings of your sales page and see which converts better. Keep that one and set up another page and try to exceed the results of the one you kept.
