Post subject: Time Management

Time management has been an essential tool in marketing business. It shows us how to effectively use our time in getting things done. But still I am not very much aware how can I perform and apply proper time management.
In connection to this, does anyone here have a good source of any written material about time management?
Thanks in advance. |

Time management is the art of arranging and organizing schedule, including time budget for the purpose of generating a more effective and productive. Perhaps more important, because he has his own life or business, who runs a business out of the house. Management work and household duties under one roof and takes a special type of time management. _________________ printed mouse mats |

Some Ideas For Time Management
1. Set priorities - list your activities in order of importance, so that most important things are done first.
2. Don't hurry - hurrying often causes mistakes, which take more time to fix.
3.Don't Procrastinate - Don't put things off.
4. Plan ahead - A 'to do list' or plan made ahead of time keeps you on track.
5. Analyze what you do everyday - Keep track of your daily activities to see where you waste time.
6. Use self-discipline - Once you make your plan, Stick To It! No one can make you do this except you.
7. Reward Yourself - Make sure you allow yourself some time for fun or relaxation. _________________ Cegonsoft . |

What I often do for time management is create a hand written sheet with each task I need to acomplish. I then assign how long each task should take. I then prioritize what needs to be done. I do not always do what is most important first. I often like to jam out the quick and easy tasks to make me feel like I'm getting stuff done and moving forward. After each task is completed I then write down how long the task actually took.
At the end of the week I look through my to-do list and see what I got done and reflect on why something took longer then it should of to finish.
While the above is not perfect by a long shot it works for me. It helps to keep my busy and motivated.

Time management is the art of generating anything well. It is very effective and productive. It belongs to planing. It is about advance planing. _________________ homes in scarborough |
