Post subject: Making page adapt to monitor resolution
|
|
|
I have a to make web page containing 2 columns. This is done.
Now what I would like to insert in the code is something like this:
The 2 columns should be full screen on any resolutions. Something like the page would adapt to the monitor resolution.
The percent would be 80% for the first column 20% for the second one.
What I don't know - is how to do that. Would a table resolve this problem?
What would be the code for this?
Suggestion are well appreciated. _________________ Coupon Site Script - Turnkey Affiliate Moneymaking Business

You could try setting the width in %age so that the site can adapt to any screen resolution. _________________ Join the most profitable niche in affiliate marketing. |

You're gonna have to set the column widths as a percentage as suggested by forexaff. Do this either by just having the columns as part of the body and setting them to 80% and 20% respectively or, if you have them in a div or container, you're going to have to set the container to the full width of the page and have the columns be 80% and 20%. Hopefully that made sense, it can be a headache with CSS if your elements are in a container and you don't accomodate for the width of the container. _________________ Harness the power of mobile marketing and make money as a mobile marketing affiliate!
