Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of moving my domains from 2 hosting companies to a reseller account.
Initially thought of going with HostGator but when I contacted their live chat, was extremely disappointed. In between chats, waited almost 5 minute and no reply to a question I posted. This type of customer service scares me.
Any one has any good experience with them?
What about other reseller hosting? Appreciate your recommendation based on personal experiences.
Also, I will need to new hosting company to help move my files over to them as FTP them would take a very long time due to large file sizes.

Blimey, and to think they call me unreasonably expectant...
OK, so live chat does imply something, but what was the answer like (after the 5 minute hold up)?
I love prompt response, but I love prompt "right" answers even more.
I have no direct experience of HostGator, but I wouldn't dismiss a company on this alone. Look at what they are saying and read between the lines. There's always an excuse to portray a company a imperfect, but is it reasonable or does it serve you?

Thirdsphere, yahoo and a couple others
I will not mention
This past year I stumbled across this
company and have had nothing but
positive responses with them
Defitinaly check the out

| One that I have a few reseller accounts on for the last 3 years is kualo.com.. Fast servers, great response times to support tickets, less than 10 mins most of the time, and they have the patience of saints when I do stupid things and delete files I shouldn't.. |

if you are looking a great reseller visit this company they have a 24/7 service and lot off hosting packages to choose from it start from 3,95$ and domain name registration from 3,99$

| Hostgator is pretty good. you can even try these people. i got my reseller packages from here. http://www.goresellers.com/ its good with pretty cheap plans. |
