Oh, dear, what can I say...
I don't like black and green, but I've read that it's a great combination to get click throughs.
Besides that, it's so gorgeous! Wow!
The Theme demo didn't work on my Firefox (Mac OS X).
When I clicked on Subscribe, I was sent to a site with a total different design, which I didn't like. And it was broken: "http://grab.by/4knp"
Clicking on Ways to make money, made me lose the menu bar on the top.
Resources -> Back to the other theme again, this time not broken.
About - you should put a picture up of you. People like to see, who is writing (note to self: do the same on your blog, dummy).
Contact -> Old theme again.
Back to Front page: Really nice. Good content, although I think you should use the "More" tag on all posts.

Try putting the navigation menu on the page called "Ways to Make Money Online" too...maybe people get there and what to return to the homepage, or visit other page without having to click the "back" button

I think your blog is nice and professional. However, it is simple a little bit with just white, green and black. I think your blog will be better if you can change the blog's theme with attractive colors to make it more interesting and more colorful. I love colors

Honestly i could not find anything annoying, and i browsed several pages and sections of your site.
The colors used are just great, green and black a very good combination.
There are not so many ads and you have good content!
Others should try to take your site as a model!
