Hi,
I have commented on many dofollow blogs before a month. But still google and other search engine has still not consider it as backlinks. I want to know how much time it takes to consider it as backlink. My all comments are live.

Have you searched your backlinks with Site Explorer ? Search "site explorer" on google, click the first link and check your website with it.
It takes time for Google to index your backlinks, but site explorer indexes them faster

Search for the URL on the comment page and see if it's been indexed by pasting it into Google or Bing or whomever.
Just because you have a back link that is not tagged as no follow doesn't mean it contributing much weight to your ranking.
Google is looking for a whole lot more than just comment links from dofollow blogs to determine ranking.
And time is not really an issue as the Net is in a constant state of change.

Quality comment is important in blog commenting for your site to have a quality links specially mentioned Google.I mean SE like Google,Bing,Yahoo has not crawl or consider it as backlinks.

Try to comment in high traffic blogs, article directories. As these websites are often updated and get indexed by search engine. I comment in some 5-7 blogs in which my comment is also indexed after some days and I get backlink through it.
