What do you think are the most important new trends in Affiliate Marketing?
I think it possible for Local Affiliate Marketing to be the next boom.
Affiliates in direct contact with all the range of businesses in their city. Car Dealers, Plumbers, Dentists, Lawyers, Hotels, everything. The affiliate internet marketer then arranges to bring the business clients in the form of leads, having an exclusive deal and charging as pay-per-call.
Isn't this is a huge and mostly overlooked market? There is also very little competition for local SEO. I think affiliates will soon be connecting themselves directly with a much wider range of the economic flow.
Don't you think it could be big?

Comes in the local “brick and mortar” business with a storefront or an office in your town. With consumers habits evolving and the internet playing an increasing larger role in people’s search for information.

Exactly! Affiliate Marketers promoting in the internet different local businesses that everybody will always need: dentists, hair-dressers, car-dealers, mechanics...
The internet marketer is a specialist in ... internet marketing... a topic about which the vast majority of people don't know about.
Since the internet is more important every day, every business will need an internet marketer to promote it.
Local affiliate marketing is the future!
