Post subject: why my posts are deleting??

I'm noticing from a couple of days, My posts are deleting, when ever i post somewhere it appears but on the next day it disappears.I'm not getting any notification from moderators, if I'm posting irrelevant messages.
why its like this???

Only your posts that are one-liners, "welcomes" that are not needed or irrelevant are deleted. Most are left.
