One great strategy to build links and increase your page rank, is linking from social network profile pages.
If you can build some profile pages about you, your website, your business and opportunities. And use links back to your website, (it’s better to use deep linking which mean link to your sub-pages not only your home page).
Build a ring of 5 to 10 pages (the more the better) from deferent high rank social networks that point to your website (you can also link these pages together only if it fit the content).
Use deferent content (you can rewrite the same content for deferent pages) because of the duplication.
Remember linking is between pages not websites, your back link PR is from the Page PR not the website PR
If you can write a useful content it’ll be a good idea to build links to those pages and drive traffic to them.
Upload videos to video sharing website like YouTube, in the description of the video Use your link as the opining text

You need to define to categories of keywords
1. Your main keywords, the high popularity keywords. You need to optimize your home page for these keywords. It may have a high competition (you need to check it). Use these keywords on rotation as your anchor text when you are building back links
For example if you are adding your website to websites directories use try to rotate your main keywords as the title and in the description.
One of these keywords needs to be the title of your home page in the title tag.
2. The second category is the long tail (or secondary) keywords, those keywords are the most effective.
It have less competition with less numbers of searches per month, but are very targeted and can drive you better prospects for your business.
You need to use theses keywords as:
Try to build deferent sub-pages for deferent keywords.
Use the keywords as the file name it will appear in the domain yourdomain/secondary-keyword
Use it in the title tag
Use it in the internal linking, in your website, use text links in your website and link to your sub-pages using theses keywords as the text
Use them as the anchor text when you use deep linking from other websites and pages. Deep linking is very effective.
If you can find a keyword with 100 to 700 searches per month with up to 100,000 search results.
Build a page about it and dig-it, it could appear very fast in the first page result on google, because it have few competition and dig can appear very fast in google.
I really recommend to read the whole short report about Organic SEO on my website. Go to the first link in my signature, in the middle of the page in Reports section click on the organic search engine optimization. And read the report.

Good information.As you said that build your link in social networking sites,How we can build our site in other sites.Does they charge anything for that or else are there any free methods available.How they will trust on us.Thanks for any help

there are two kind of social sites
1. social networks, with these websites you can build your own profile pages, it's not only about you pages you can write any kind of content their and link from those [ages to your website
2. social bookmarks it only save your bookmarks and a short description, but your bookmark can rank higher than your own website on the search engines.
for example if you search on google for the term
"websites similar to myspace"
you will find that the 8th link on the first result page is
http://digg.com/business_finance/Websites_Similar_To_MySpace_Social_Networks_Websites
which is a bookmark on digg to a page on my website,
my page however is the 3rd link on the 3rd result page.
and i am getting visits from digg twice the a mount from google directly to that page.
O.K that page is not so important to me because i built it only to help my readers to find more social network sites, but with this fact you can drive great traffic fro google using digg.

If you are going to build a linkwheel like you suggested you need to make sure you get each of the pages indexed for the links to be picked up. It takes some time, but when it does, it works like a bomb. It has real link juice - no question about it!

All the tips are very effective.Through the use of mentioned tips,one can get high ranking.I honestly believe that right content and quality article are very helpful for the same.The goal is to improve the user experience and proper internal linking does this.It is so easy to get caught up in the trees and forget to see the forest.
