I need someone to create the ebook cover and graphics and someone to write the sales copy. Who supplies reliable and inexpensive e-book creation work? Would rentacoder or elance or another web site be good to find someone inexpensively? What other sites would have competitive bidding? Also, who do you recommend for inexpensive sales copy so people will want to buy the ebook? What sites will provide bidding for these people? Also, I need someone to write the e-book itself after I give them the material to rework and to work with. Thanks for your help, Spartacus
