i was wondering if anyone knows some reliable free directories where i can submit my new site.

Then use what you find to go to Alexa and start "Digging in" deep with what you find.
At the time of this writing they list 2,554 directories and sort them by type... many of the free.

I am use lots of free directories are available on Internet.I am preffered for basearticles.com/.This is nice directory.Me and My Partner always use this directory in my college project.

This all are nice directory site. I used many of them for getting backlinks for my website. I also like some of them directory website.

Directory has so you can submit your site in relevant categories, like your website is a car, so I chose car, if the car does not exist, so try another car-related classes. Submit a URL or directory categories, is ideal. You can easily search the Google search engine from this free directory listing.
