Yes

I am building pages that target long tail keywords then use article marketing to build links to those pages.

And now i have several pages that are on google first page, and 2 pages are on Google first result from more than 9,000,000 results.

You need to learn how to build backlinks fast and effective to reach high rank on Google and Yahoo and article marketing when done properlly could be the best way to get backlinks and high rank
