Post subject: Research on Google's upcomming marketshare threats for ads

Has anyone done or read good reasearch concerning competitive analysis in regard to Yahoo, Overture, msn, and other engines/ad networks that are promising or have profit models close to that of adsense?
I have done the basic search stuff and made some phone calls. However, I do not want to re-invent the wheel. Heck, I am not even sure if folks would find the results helpful. Let me know. |

I would find them helpful. I've seen a lot of posts on other forums re: alternatives to Adsense but no "resource" offering comprehensive information.
