Hello,
CJ have thousands of programs available. Do they restrict affiliates as to how many programs they can join, or is it up to each individual advertiser/merchant?

Some merchants approve automatically, some require certain traffic levels or classifications, others approve manually. I haven't seen anything to indicate you won't be approved after signing up with X number of merchants on any network.
Merchants do have the option of dropping you without reason, and some reasons I have seen in agreements include insufficient activity (either clicks or links).

I think that you can sign up to as many as what you want. I was signed up with well over 200 programs when I was with them in the past.
I then finished with them as they apparrently suspended my account which I never got back in touch with them to find out why. I think it was due to other reasons to why they suspended it, than it being suspended because I had signed up to, to many programs.

join as many programs as you want to.
if site is incomplete,might want to send affiliate program managers to an info page.
Instead of enetering just your domain name on your info page,put theNameOfYourSite.com/hey-affiliate-manager-Look-Here.html ... or something like that
Account cancelled?
sign up again.
don't forget to fill in tax ID. If you dont have One,put a bunch of zeros,or app will be automatically rejected.
