I am thinking of making up a website (content based).
Here are URL’s of the 3 top ones that I am looking at which one looks the best overall & has the easiest site builder ?.

I don't use any of those. But I can suggest that you find a cPanel host and learn WordPress and bypass the online website builders.

People who use HostGater (And I'm one of them) who continually sing their praises are not pushing them very hard.
HostGator is an okay host... nothing special. Start pushing the bandwidth on your account and they will shut you down... and they will do it without even a warning.
HostGator is hyped by those who don't really know that much about Hosting.
So I certainly wouldn't classify them as Best anything. They are just like every other middle of the road shared host.
And would you know the "Best" if it was staring back at you.
The better thing for you to do is go to some review sites... look at those who are not approaching affiliate links and read. Visit the sites you are considering and read their user forums.
Search for both positive and negative reviews.
I've used more than a dozen hosts over the years and you tend to get what you pay for.

GoDaddy uses there own management scripts and is a headache to work with for hosting. That's why.
The average person is doing next to nothing with their hosting. They upload a html site or they load up wordpress.
Try running scripts on your host and you find out how good they really are.

I have tried SO MANY web hosting companies and I will tell you which ones that are good and which ones completely suck!
The web hosting company that I find that best is definitely GODADDY! No others compare.
BUT, if you have no idea how to create a website and want to have a GREAT web building program I recommend HostGator.
Now I am not going to sit here and bad mouth any of the other hosting companies. But I DO NOT support JustHost at all. Do not do business with them.

I use Hostgator for a year and a half and I was worth all the money. Sites are loading fast, I had no problems, and the support is PERFECT

I use hostgator, gvo and hostmonster. If your doing any list building (which you should) or video marketing, my suggestion would be checkout GVO.
The marketing tools and training they offer are second to none. You should find plenty of information on them. Or contact me and I'll give you a behind the scenes look in my account.
Bottom line, they are a Web Host company that understands internet marketing.
That being said, if your just looking to host a few sites, then hostgator or hostmonster work.

There is no best overall web host. From one you get unlimited bandwidth, from another unlimited storage. From one you get 100 e-mail accounts, but it's very cheap. One offers you the .com domain for free, but has an uptime of 88%.
There are a lot of variables included that have to be taken into account when you create such a top.
