Hello all,
Im new here. I am an online marketer. I work at an online marketing agency doing the "normal" stuff for clients. SEO, PPC, Social media.
I'm pretty good with all of it.
I am just wondering though, how the hell does this affiliate stuff work?
I've got an account with commission junction, I've got a nice website at kareemahmed.com [URL deleted - Moderator]
Now what do I do? Do I just continue writing good content and sending more traffic to my page? Is that all there is to it?
Please let me know if I am doing this right.

Even i m looking for the ways to get the affiliate program popular. I can suggest you to submit at various affiliate directories if you are not doing so . |

Since the forum moderator deleted your URL, I am not sure the blog I visited is the website you talk about. I did not see there any affiliate promotions there...
Do you have an optin form in your website? That is essential to build a list you can e-mail market to once you've built a relationship.
You're familiar with SEO per your job background, you've made your site search-engine friendly, I assume?
And there is good content in your blog, indeed.
