Post subject: Gaming affiliate questions
|
|
|
I found this site while searching for affiliate programs today. I have read several posts and found most to be quite interesting and useful. We are looking to agressively market our site to affiliates. What are affiliates looking for these days in terms of compensation? We offer 3 different methods of compensation: price per new client ($15) , ten percent of initial deposit, or 20 percent of a customers lifetime net loss. My questions are what are affiliates looking for to place gaming sites banners? Has gaming become too saturated? We are unusual in the fact that we offer a sportsbook, racebook and a casino ( one stop for a clients gaming needs).
Any feedback regarding our program or gaming affiliates in general would be appreciated. If this should appear in another part of your forum please feel free to move this post. I will also post this another sectionm as well.
Thank You
David Banks

I'm sorry to say but what you're offering is way too low in the gaming industry. No affiliate is going to bother unless you offer at least 25 - 35% commission on the lifetime of refered players.

We are changing the program over the next couple of weeks to a tiered program with a minimum of 20% of net loses and a maximum of 40%. Do the other methods of compensation interest anyone, price per aquisition or percentage of initial deposit?
Thank You
