First of all, Very Best Wishes to Allan for a complete recovery, only just read of his illness.
I have a number of links out to merchants on pages in my website - there can be up to 8 links to different merchants on each page. I would like to be able to track when these links are clicked on by site visitors.
I asked support some time ago but the solutions offered didn't work.
I asked then again recently but haven't received a reply over a 7 day period - despite sending a follow up with REPEAT in the title ( as advised by Ken)
If it can't be done just let me know, otherwise any suggestions would be appreciated.

One of the posts further down talks about using it for outgoing links.
I don't currently use SBI (I am purchasing my first "copy" the end of this month). But I do use some tracking software, and I use the same method mentioned in the other post to track outgoing links. _________________ Eric D. Burdo They Made $6,513 a day With Clickbank Doing This...

Hi Jaycee33,
I just happened to be passing by because I heard about the
SBI! forums. Wow! What a great idea, Allan!
Two things, Jaycee...
1) I'm not 100% sure what you mean because there is no
8-link limit to each page (although I would not put that
many on any page, if I were you). And I'm not sure what
solutions you'd need because as soon as you put those links
in your Link Library, they are automatically tracked. If
you are using your own HTML Editor, there is a way to do it
that way, too, although I'm not the expert in how. Which
brings me to the second point...
2) Please visit support.sitesell.com and use the form to
reach them. We have been absolutely bombed by spam,
increasing to unbearable amounts that clogged support.
Friday, we launched Phase I of our new CRM system that
eliminates spam. Response time is back to within the limits
we promise, complaints to the help address that reaches me
is down to near-zero again, and all is under control. Phase
II and III are being accelerated, too, because word is
spreading so fast about SBI!... so we have to stay ahead of
the curve. Like PayPal and HotMail, they learned to grow
their support staff and systems. We're well into that
phase... and solving it now.
So please... go to support.sitesell.com and they'll help you
out... pronto. And if you EVER are unhappy with support (or
DELIGHTED), do let me know. Instructions for how to reach
me appear in the autoresponder message that you'll get.
Thanks Ken. I didn't mean that there was a limit on links, just that I put up to 8 links on a page. The reason I have so many is that I run a comparison site for certain products and show the best prices for each product from a number of merchants. The site visitor can then choose which merchant suits him best. I get a commission whichever he chooses.
I'll try again with SBI support and see how it goes.

Hello Jaycee, and hello Ken
I'm the one that posted the "how-to" on the tracker links in the other post.
The main reason I like to use the tracker links instead of the regular links (which are also tracked) is because you can set them up one time, and then use your own html editor to plop them into your page. The reason I like this better is because I like to make my own links primarily, because it gives me more control of the layout, and it's a little bit easier (I think) than using the link tool. You really can use the tracker links for just about anything, you could even use the tracker links to track your page-to-page links, and see which ones people click the most. Anyways.. just my $0.02.
