Thank you everyone for your help. I am trying to sell a ebook about 'leg cramp cures'. I have the site at www.legcrampcures.com and have been doing adwords- keywords= leg cramps, leg cramp, charlie horse, charley horse. If you search google for 'leg cramps' my ad will usually show up. So far I have had 18,000 impressions, 146 clicks (0.81%) I have a very specific ad, and have been adding comments to yahoo answers on questions about leg cramps with a plug for the site. A total site hit of 210. There have been 7 clicks to the buy page but no final buys.
I could use any thoughts and review of my site. I have a few thoughts about what is a problem.
Thanks again for any help. Martin.

Customers need to believe than can trust you. You need to work on that.

1. Testimonials from satisfied customers are hugely important. I didn't see any.

2. Have you tried different price points? $10 looks far to cheap to me. It gives the impression that you're not an expert, that you're not offering something of value. Have you tried $27?

3. Get rid of the links to German language websites. They look odd on an English language site. They make you look untrustworthy.

4. Is there some reason why you can't include the author's full name instead of just an initial for the surname? It makes you look untrustworthy. If for some reason you can't, explain why on the site.

I'm sure there are more things you could improve, but that's a start. Smile

Thanks for your input. I highlighted the testimonials and added my full name. The german at the bottom is giving credit for the use of the template. I think that for $20 they will remove it or I can look for another template. I was trying to price it for not much more than the price of a magazine but maybe I will have to rethink that.
Thanks again. Martin.

I just noticed your heading...

Everything You Always Want To Know About Leg Cramps and Leg Cramp Cures

That sounds awkward to me. I think...

Everything You Always WantED To Know About Leg Cramps and Leg Cramp Cures

...would be the more usual way to say that.

Thanks, I have made a few of the changes that you recommended. Sometines when you look at something over and over, you look right past some simple things.

I changed everything you suggested even the german, except for the price.
Here is what my adwords shows:

Cure Leg Cramps Forever
E-Book by Dr. Martin P. MD
5 Free Bonus Reports, only $10.00
www.LegCrampCures.com

Any other thoughts?
When you click on the buy, my buy page only shows paypal but when you check it and go to the info page you can use a credit card but my initial page doesn't show credit card. Do you think that this is a problem. It was a free module I am using.

Probably. Because you're in a non-Internet marketing niche, many of your visitors won't have PayPal and won't know that you can use a credit card via PayPal without actually belonging to PayPal. That's a tricky message to get across.

Have a look at various products that Paul Myers promotes and see how he handles this. He's done quite a bit of experimenting to see which technique results in maximum sales.
