Hi, I've had this site up for a few months and now get around 100 visitors a day, but don't make money off the Adsense ads or the affiliate ads I've put up. Any suggestions for what I could be doing better would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, google (fit teen teen fitness) without brackets and get an eyeful of the first site for ideas.
"kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/" is the site.
