Post subject: Need advice on networks offering CPM ads

Hello everybody,
I run a website which has the following traffic stats and features:
- around 350,000 page views / month
- traffic is from worldwide (40% USA, 40% China, 20% other)
- it offers content for International B2B community
It has performed poorly with Adsense over the years, so I discontinued Adsense.
I'm now looking for any CPM options. I'd appreciate advice on reliable affiliate networks offering CPM campaigns.
There are many, all of them making great promises; I have no any experience with networks offering CPM ads, so the choice is not easy.
Also, I'd like to know opinions about the chances this website has to convert with CPM ads.
